Immigration Specialist

About the role

The Immigration Specialist is responsible for handling employment-based and/or family-based immigration cases from initiation through final adjudication. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, foreign nationals, attorneys and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and tracking of immigration petitions and applications.

• Independently manage 100–200+ active immigration cases across multiple visa categories of employment-based and/or family-based immigration matters while maintaining…
• Coordinate the preparation and filing of immigration petitions and applications, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, E-3
• Document collection and validation
• Questionnaire management and follow-up
• Preparation of immigration forms and support documentation
