About the role
The Government Contract Processor is responsible for managing and processing multiple government Proposals including Bids, RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, and Tenders, ensuring timely completion and submission.
What you'll do
- Prepare proposals for all assigned Bids, RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, ensuring all requirements are met and our value proposition is clearly demonstrated
- Conduct kick-off and follow-up calls to track the proposal’s status from initiation to completion
- Work closely with the legal team to review terms and conditions, flagging any exceptions
- Collaborate with the Pricing Manager to finalize pricing for inclusion in proposals
- Review and update proposals based on feedback from onsite stakeholders
