About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Leader to oversee and manage our US & Cannada Onboarding process within HR Shared service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of the Onboarding services, driving process improvements, and enhancing the employee experience through effective management of operations
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the HR US & Can Onboarding team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all line of business in Clean Harbours
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and systems, leveraging technology and automation
- Collaborate with internal HR teams, including payroll, recruiting, and talent management, to resolve employee and manager inquiries
- Prepare and analyze reports, scorecards, and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making
- Ensure consistency and compliance in HR service delivery, mitigating risks and enhancing the employee experience
