Platform Tools Engineer - PMO

About the role

We are seeking a PMO Lead Platform Tools Engineer to own and operate the PMO tool ecosystem, with primary responsibility for Aha!, Jira and Browser Stack etc. This role focuses on general administration, integrations, reporting, dashboards, workflow management, and automation, ensuring PMO tools scale reliably and support governance, reporting, and visibility through the tools.

What you'll do

• Own user access management, roles, licenses, and periodic access reviews, ensuring compliance with PMO governance and enterprise security standards
• Lead automation design and implementation to reduce manual effort, enforce PMO processes, and improve data reliability across tools
• Design, implement, and govern integrations between Aha!, Jira, and enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and test management tools
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively improve integrations to ensure data integrity, consistency, and end-to-end traceability
• Own PMO data hygiene and source-of-truth rules, ensuring reporting accuracy and eliminating duplication or conflicting metrics across systems
