About the role
The primary responsibility of this position involves driving performance through effective people management, KPI tracking, coaching, and ensuring process adherence. The Team Leader will be responsible for enhancing team productivity, maintaining high-quality sales interactions, and ensuring seamless execution of the sales strategy
What you'll do
- Mentor underperforming agents, providing action plans and tracking their progress
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning by facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Training to ensure process improvements
- Work closely with field representatives/Branches to ensure a smoother lead conversion process
- Maintain compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and CRM usage guidelines (Salesforce)
