About the role
We are seeking a Data Governance Leader to drive data quality, regulatory compliance, and analytics governance across our core credit ecosystem. In this executive-facing role, you will oversee data pipelines, enforce Uniform Credit Reporting Formats, and manage Critical Data Elements across data ingestion lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Data Quality & Analytics Governance (DQI/DSR): Enforce and maintain Uniform Credit Reporting Formats (UCRF -Forms 1, 2, and 3) across all data pipelines
- Oversee end-to-end ingestion processing, ensure automated generation and distribution of Data Statistics Reports (DSR), and establish benchmarks for file-level
- Critical Data Element (CDE) & Lineage Management: Own and continuously update the CDE Master Register covering key attributes such as Loan Status, DPD
- Design and enforce risk-based data lineage tracking from initial SFTP ingestion through to consumer credit reports (CIRs) and scoring models
