About the role

Responsible for ensuring their current functioning in production at all times. The key accountability of this function is to own, deliver, and manage all applications for ECIS through a combination of development, testing, implementation, and production tech operations. This covers the current set of applications that are running on-premise as well as the future set of applications that would run on GCP cloud.

What you'll do

• Be the accountable executive to lead the India Tech Application Delivery and Maintenance function
• Develop strong working relationships with local stakeholders like Product, Ops, HR, Finance etc
• Deliver all applications and maintain them in production through a combination of own development, vendor development
• Business Strategy and Planning Ensures that operational procedures are fit for purpose, and that operational problems are identified and resolved
• Technology Controls Manage Technology Enterprise Risk Register
