About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and support our agile software development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable applications. You will leverage your deep expertise in .NET technologies and cloud platforms (GCP preferred) to lead and mentor a team, ensuring the delivery of robust and efficient solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead with influence: Take ownership of team performance, including people management, budget management, and technical direction
- Collaborate effectively with architects, SREs, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Mentor and develop: Guide and mentor a talented team of software engineers, quality engineers, and site reliability engineers
- Foster their growth through performance management, coaching, and career development opportunities
- Communicate effectively: Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences while working with a team of work closely with architects
