What you'll do

• Develop and optimize asphalt formulations to meet project specifications and performance criteria
• Conduct laboratory tests and analysis to evaluate the properties of asphalt and related materials
• Collaborate with production teams to implement formulations in the manufacturing process
• Ensure all production activities comply with relevant safety, environmental, and technical standards (e.g., ASTM, AASHTO, local regulations)
• Oversee and manage the daily asphalt production process at the plant to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
