About the role
This role involves working on the design, analysis, and implementation of transportation systems that enhance mobility and ensure safety on the roads. As a Civil Engineer in this field, you will be responsible for conducting traffic studies, developing transportation plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion.
What you'll do
- Interface with company representatives and government authorities to address traffic and transportation safety improvements in the Eastern Province
- Act as a technical lead to various traffic safety engineering related work tasks
- Oversee work being carried out by subordinate members of the engineering group
- Support and guide work being undertaken by group members
- Review and assist in developing scope-of-works for the company’s projects/studies (e.g., Road Safety audit, Traffic Impact study, Temporary Traffic Management, etc.)
