What you'll do
- Troubleshoot system bottlenecks by restarting errant workflows, reassigning orphaned items, and correcting misdirected approvals
- Manage and schedule standard workflow batch jobs (e.g., event linkage, work item rule monitoring, dead work item handling)
- Configure system settings, email notifications, and event queues for workflow environments
- Manage Archiving process for some tables if necessary
