What you'll do
- Assess training needs related to welding and mechanical disciplines through consultations with stakeholders and performance evaluations
- Develop comprehensive training curricula, lesson plans, and instructional materials tailored to target audiences
- Conduct engaging training sessions, including practical demonstrations and theoretical instruction
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure training programs comply with relevant safety standards, industry codes, and company policies
