About the role
Responsible for the operation and monitoring of Clean Utility systems, including Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), and Pure Steam Generators (PSG). Support the operation of plant utilities such as boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC systems. Monitor cleanroom parameters including differential pressure, temperature, and relative humidity (%RH) to ensure GMP compliance.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the operation and monitoring of Clean Utility systems, including Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), and Pure Steam Generators (PSG)
- Support the operation of plant utilities such as boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC systems
- Monitor cleanroom parameters including differential pressure, temperature, and relative humidity (%RH) to ensure GMP compliance
- Perform preventive maintenance of pumps, valves, steam traps, heat exchangers, and filters
- Maintain accurate logbooks and utility records as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
