About the role
The FMCG Last Mile Executive will manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely dispatch, efficient fleet utilisation, delivery performance, and adherence to operational SLAs. The role involves coordinating with warehouse teams, delivery partners, fleet vendors, and customer support teams to resolve operational challenges and improve delivery efficiency.
What you'll do
- Dispatch & Delivery Coordination: Manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate order handovers, monitor deliveries, and resolve delays, failed deliveries, and re-attempts
- Reporting & MIS: Maintain dispatch, delivery, fleet, rider, and attendance records. Prepare reports on on-time delivery, delivery success rates, fleet utilisation
