About the role
The Shift Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day D2C fulfilment operations for Pluckk’s FMCG portfolio in Delhi, covering frozen and ambient products. The role will coordinate inventory availability, order processing, 3PL fulfilment, and dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
What you'll do
- Maintain adequate safety stock across all active SKUs
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs and order cancellations
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Manage fulfilment through third-party logistics partners
- Ensure timely fulfilment of Delhi and applicable pan-India orders
