Lead - Quality at Essar Career Site. Lead quality assurance processes across production, packaging, and handling to ensure adherence to food safety standards and internal SOPs.
What you'll do
- Lead quality assurance processes across production, packaging, and handling to ensure adherence to food safety standards and internal SOPs
- Supervise, mentor, and train quality executives and frontline QA staff on food safety protocols and quality best practices
- Prepare for and lead internal and external audits including HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, and other regulatory or certification audits
- Approve raw material quality and oversee sensory, physical, and quality inspections of finished products
- Drive resolution of quality issues and customer complaints through root cause analysis and implementation of CAPA
