As the head of design for Ethos’ Partnership and Platforms you will have a direct opportunity to shape how design helps agents and their customers achieve their goals.

What you'll do

• Lead design for Partnerships and Platform — covering agent onboarding and activation, quoting, applications, and sales, agent growth and retention, compensation
