We are looking for experienced Marine Travel professional with a passion for delivering seamless travel solutions in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment? We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused After Office Hours (AOH) Marine Travel Consultant to join our team in Mumbai and provide critical travel support for global marine operations.
What you'll do
- Arrange and manage domestic and international travel bookings for marine crew members of multiple nationalities
- Prepare, coordinate, and monitor complex travel itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Handle urgent, last-minute, and emergency travel requirements with minimal supervision
- Issue, reissue, exchange, and refund airline tickets in accordance with airline policies and client requirements
- Provide after-hours travel support to vessels, crew managers, and stakeholders across different time zones
