About the role
This role will be based out of the India IT Delivery Centre and will be responsible for driving AI adoption through upskilling employees, identifying high value use cases, and enabling consistent application of AI tools across the SDLC lifecycle. The role will operate as an influencer, creating a community of AI practitioners across IT Solutions Programs.
What you'll do
- Deliver measurable SDLC productivity improvement through AI-enabled practices, achieving equivalent or higher delivery output with reduced or stabilized headcount
- Accountable for driving AI adoption and to maximise associated efficiency gains across the SDLC by connecting and educating teams on best‑in‑class AI practices
- Define structured learning pathways aligned to SDLC roles. Curate hands-on learning
- Standardize best practices and tool usage across SDLC phase
- Build a community of AI practitioners across programs. Track and publish adoption metrics
