- Working Location: Bangalore - India
- Provide Level 2 functional support for eBIS, LabPM and reporting solutions
- Analyze issues, perform root-cause investigations, and coordinate with technical teams when required
- Advise business teams on local configuration setup, maintenance, and best practices
- Support user adoption and promote data quality and process compliance
