What you'll do
- Responsible for performing analytical testing of food and food-related samples using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of food, beverage, and related samples using HPLC
- Conduct sample preparation, extraction, and cleanup procedures as per validated test methods
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC systems and associated laboratory equipment
- Analyze chromatographic data and ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance with specifications
