About the role
The Business Intelligence and Business Systems Analyst develops and supports the data, reporting, and business-system capabilities used to manage Medical Device Services (MDS). The role combines business intelligence, data modeling, data-quality management, and day-to-day business administration of CRM and related operational systems.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, reports, and drill-through views
- Translate leadership and operational requirements into clear, actionable reporting solutions
- Support pipeline, portfolio, departmental operations, capacity, financial, project, and integrated business reviews
- Create repeatable reporting processes that reduce dependence on manually maintained spreadsheets and trackers
