What you'll do
- Act as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to the leadership team
- Understand business priorities and translate them into relevant people actions
- Partner with managers on employee engagement, performance, development, retention and employee relations
- Proactively identify people-related risks and highlight them to leadership along with recommendations
- Provide insights on workforce trends, employee concerns and organisational effectiveness
