About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing as well as automation testing and API testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, DevOps, and business analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions that meet functional and performance expectations.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing), model driven apps and canvas apps
- Perform manual testing of CRM customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrations
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment validations
