About the role
The IT Infrastructure PMO Analyst is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of small-to-medium IT Infrastructure projects while supporting PMO and governance activities across the IT Transformation Programme. The role combines hands-on project management responsibilities with portfolio reporting, KPI monitoring, Jira administration, governance support, tenants migration tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage and deliver small-to-medium IT Infrastructure projects according to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
- Support larger transformation initiatives through governance, reporting, and PMO activities
- Define project scope, identify required resources, develop project plans, and monitor execution
- Coordinate project activities across infrastructure teams and business stakeholders
- Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and project documentation
