About the role
The Assistant Manager role is part of GSC Information Security - Identity and Access Management, responsible for leading IAM initiatives through effective project management, Agile delivery, governance, audit coordination, and change management. The role ensures disciplined, transparent, and compliant delivery of IAM products, services, and strategic initiatives across global, cross-functional environments.
What you'll do
- Partner with IAM leadership to plan, estimate, prioritize, and sequence strategic initiatives
- Own end-to-end project delivery across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, using the methodology and tools appropriate to each initiative
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder communication, status reporting, and decision-tracking mechanisms
- Facilitate change advisory discussions, release planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews to support smooth delivery and operational stability
- Monitor project, release, and change performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve delivery effectiveness
