About the role
Shift timings – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM We are seeking a technically skilled with at least 2 years of experience in IT support and hands-on expertise in VB scripting and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, and automating tasks using VBScript to improve operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports including dashboards, parameterised reports, and data-driven subscriptions
- Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets for efficient report generation
- Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports for legacy and operational reporting needs
