support, monitoring and search for alternatives to the most sustainable fibers in the country, for options considered Best in the Brand strategy. Partner with suppliers to communicate brand requirements, provide guidance on compliance expectations, and support the implementation of initiatives aligned with brand objectives.

What you'll do

• Partner with suppliers to communicate brand requirements, provide guidance on compliance expectations
• Manage social compliance across Zara Home manufacturing units in India, ensuring adherence to labor laws, ethical standards and company policies
• Track and monitor Corrective Action Plans to ensure timely closure of audit findings, strengthen supplier compliance performance
