What you'll do
- Lead and manage end-to-end production support operations across the Card and Switch domain, ensuring high availability, stability
- Monitor and resolve day-to-day issues related to authorization, settlement, chargebacks, and reconciliation across card platforms
- Act as the primary escalation point for incident management, ensuring timely analysis, root-cause identification, and permanent fixes
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Issuer/Acquirer Operations, IT Infrastructure, Network, Vendor Support, Fraud & Risk, and Business Teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, audit observations, and internal control processes within the card ecosystem
