About the role
To standardize ESH practices at ECI. To develop, implement, and drive strategic and operational ESHQ leadership. The incumbent sets the direction for the ESHQ program to improve or introduce new policies, set quality standards, procedures, practices, parameters and manages its execution.
What you'll do
- Maintain a safe working environment at site
- Implementation of Evonik’s Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Policy
- Planning, establishing, implementing, and maintaining a variety of Occupational health, safety
- Responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) & Environment Management System (EMS)
- Direct environmental compliance programs related to hazardous wastes, air permitting, and water pollution control
