What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules (ITAM/ITOM/HAM/SAM/Etc…) to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow functionality
• Develop custom workflows, integrations, and data models using ServiceNow's scripting language
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow application performance and data integrity
• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications and features
