About the role
As a Technical Services Engineer Representative at Everpure, you will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis will include hardware, software, and environmental factors within our Product lines.
What you'll do
- Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues across all severity levels using collaboration and troubleshooting best practices
- Proactively understand customer requirements and expectations to deliver effective solutions
- Communicate with customers in a clear, concise, and professional manner across all interactions
- Create and maintain knowledge base (KB) articles and FAQs for both internal and customer facing use
- Manage multiple support cases and priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment
