What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic devices and PCBs up to component level
- Perform SMD soldering/desoldering and component replacement
- Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution as per defined TAT
- Maintain service records and update SAP/CRM in real time
- Manage service spare parts and ensure proper consumption and inventory control
