About the role
Being the Technical Support Engineer of the product company, you will be responsible for supporting the customers with the integration of their applications with Evolute devices and resolving any issues raised.
What you'll do
- Initial Point of Contact for all device and software related concerns from customers
- Attend meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Good and agile troubleshooter
- Assist in creating training materials pertaining to relevant device / product troubleshooting and usage
