What you'll do
- Oversee and harmonize end-to-end QC & QA activities across EMS, repair/refurbishment
- Implement proactive Quality Assurance processes and reactive Quality Control measures for prevention of defects, high yield, and low DPPM
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 30414 and other relevant standards
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, statutory, regulatory, and STQC & BIS, GEM standards
- Drive digital transformation & automation along with AI in QMS for real-time monitoring & reporting
