Data & Analytics Practice Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Practice Leader to drive the growth, delivery, and transformation of the Data & Analytics practice. The role involves leading large-scale data transformation programs, building consulting and pre-sales capabilities, managing client relationships, and developing high-performing teams across data engineering, BI, AI/ML, cloud analytics, and governance.

What you'll do

• Lead and scale the Data & Analytics practice, including strategy, capability development, and revenue growth
• Drive business development, solutioning, and pre-sales activities for enterprise data and analytics opportunities
• Engage with CXOs and business stakeholders to define data transformation roadmaps and analytics strategies
• Build and manage offerings across Data Engineering, BI & Visualization, Cloud Data Platforms, AI/ML, Data Governance, and Advanced Analytics
• Own end-to-end delivery governance for large data transformation and modernization programs
