About the role
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Lead to provide overall leadership for a strategic P&C insurance engagement. The role will serve as the primary interface between the client, Exavalu, platform partners, and vendors, ensuring alignment of business priorities, governance, and delivery across multiple programs.
What you'll do
- Lead executive stakeholder management, engagement governance, and overall customer satisfaction
- Oversee program planning, delivery, financials, resource management, and RAID management
- Coordinate cross-vendor dependencies, integrated plans, release calendars, and quality standards
- Collaborate with Delivery, Business Architecture, Solution/Integration Architecture, BA, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution
- Proactively identify risks, resolve escalations, and drive timely decisions and business outcomes
