About the role
We are seeking a Guidewire Practice Leader to drive strategy, delivery excellence, and growth of our Insurance Core Practice . This role will focus on building and leading a high-performing Guidewire team, expanding client relationships, and driving large-scale digital transformation programs for insurance clients.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow the Guidewire practice across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
- Drive business development, pre-sales, and solutioning for Guidewire opportunities
- Build and mentor a strong Guidewire delivery team with end-to-end capability
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to shape digital transformation roadmaps
- Ensure delivery excellence across large Guidewire programs and implementations
