About the role
The Insurance Delivery Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of insurance projects, ensuring high-quality service, timely execution, and alignment with client and business objectives. This role involves leadership across operations, technology, and stakeholder management within the insurance domain.
What you'll do
- Lead the execution of insurance projects (life, health, or general insurance)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and overall service quality
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
