• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in insurance and the InsureMO platform, leading client meetings, discussing business requirements, and configuring products (rules
• Perform functional analysis and support the definition of solutions for insurance processes (Policy Administration, Finance, Claims)
• Participate in Discovery sessions and support the implementation of insurance projects
• Configure Insurance Products on the InsureMO platform for issuance, claims, and financial processes
• Execute calls, perform tests, and understand business flows based on integrations using APIs
