Observability Engagement Delivery Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Leader to lead an enterprise Observability transformation initiative , with an initial focus on establishing the observability foundation, target architecture, monitoring standards, dashboards, alerting, and operational visibility.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the observability engagement, including planning, governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
• Partner with client business and technology leadership to define success metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and observability priorities
• Provide leadership and oversight for the observability strategy, target architecture, monitoring patterns, alerting, and operational visibility
• Coordinate across observability, engineering, product, infrastructure, and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful execution
• Establish governance, standards, best practices, and a reusable observability model for broader adoption
