Salesforce Technical Architect

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Technical Architect who can own solution design and actively contribute to development. The role combines enterprise-level architecture with practical implementation across Salesforce core and industry capabilities, including Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, and Data 360.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end technical architecture and detailed solution design for complex Salesforce implementations
• Create Technical Solution Blueprints, High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD), architecture diagrams, data models, integration specifications
• Lead technical discovery and design workshops with client stakeholders; assess feasibility, estimate complexity, identify dependencies, and explain trade-offs clearly
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, event-driven patterns, and middleware/iPaaS platforms; apply appropriate security, resiliency
• Design data architecture, data migration and data quality approaches, including Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution
