About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of voice-enabled contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce platform knowledge with strong project management skills to drive successful implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
• Provide technical oversight across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud implementations
