About the role
We are looking for a talented F5 Engineer to join our team and provide comprehensive presales and post-sales support. The ideal candidate will have expertise in F5 technologies, including LTM, WAF, and DNS, and a solid understanding of network security and application delivery. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, assist in solution design, and ensure successful implementation and support.
What you'll do
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, assist in solution design, and ensure successful implementation and support
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for F5 technologies, including LTM (Local Traffic Manager), WAF (Web Application Firewall), and DNS
- Assist in presales activities, including customer meetings, solution design, and product demonstrations
- Support post-sales activities by troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining F5 solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
