- Conduct POCs and support technical evaluations
- Prepare technical proposals, BOM, HLD/LLD, RFP/RFI responses and SOW
- Support solution implementation, integration, configuration and troubleshooting. Work with FireMon for firewall policy management, rule analysis
- Coordinate with OEM, sales, partners and customers for technical discussions and escalations
