About the role
We are looking for a Lead Assistant Manager to support EXL's content management capabilities for Sales, Marketing, and Bid Management teams. In this role, you will support the ongoing success of the Highspot and Responsive platforms by assisting with user adoption, training, content governance, process improvements, and platform enhancements.
What you'll do
- Support the ongoing success of the Highspot and Responsive platforms by assisting with user adoption, training, content governance, process improvements
- Help gather requirements, coordinate platform changes, support new feature rollouts, and ensure users can effectively leverage both platforms to improve productivity
- Also contribute to change management initiatives, user support, reporting and analytics, content management activities
- Support the Highspot and Responsive platforms including governance, configuration, and performance
- Support content governance activities, including content reviews, metadata management, tagging strategies, and content lifecycle processes
