Maintenance of customer master data and setting up of direct debit process Creation of invoice, Debit memos, manage rebates/discounts, credit note/memos, posting adjustments Collection of customer invoices, managing and maintaining customer payments Familiar on the Dunning process, review and account block recommendation
What you'll do
- Perform customer reconciliation, customer query handling and flagging of disputes
- Assist the supervisor on the month-end closing activities
- Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
