About the role

The Collections Executive is responsible for managing outstanding receivables, following up with clients for timely payments, and ensuring adherence to company credit and collection policies. Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices through calls, emails, and written communication. Ensure timely collection of payments and reduce aging receivables.

What you'll do

• Responsible for managing outstanding receivables, following up with clients for timely payments, and ensuring adherence to company credit and collection policies

• Maintain and update collection records , notes, and follow-up trackers
• Resolve billing disputes and coordinate with internal teams to close issues
