About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Accounts Receivable team as a Deduction Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, validating, and resolving customer deductions by reviewing supporting documentation, analyzing deduction trends and transaction data, and ensuring compliance with customer agreements and company policies.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for researching, validating, and resolving customer deductions by reviewing supporting documentation, analyzing deduction trends and transaction data
- Create credit memos for valid deductions, process chargebacks for invalid claims, collaborate with Customer Service and other cross-functional teams to resolve disputes
- Responsible for investigating and resolving customer deductions by gathering and reviewing supporting documentation, analyzing deduction data
