About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Specialist who is fluent in English to join our team. As a Reconciliation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries. This position focuses on both reconciliation processes and managing travel and expense reporting.
What you'll do
- Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial statements
- Audit Travel and Expenses Invoices/claims submitted by employees
- Collate and report on the T&E activities
- Compare account balances in the balance sheet with the general ledger and supporting documents
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors promptly
